What you can send

A form can include your name, email, phone number, timeline, and a note. Some forms also ask for a street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Others ask which area or town you mean.

The site also keeps the page you used, campaign tags when the link has them, whether you checked the box for calls and texts, the words next to that box, the time, and the IP address and browser information that came with the request.

Why it is kept

Chris Pierog uses the form to respond to the inquiry you sent. If you check the box, he can also call and text you about that inquiry, including the automated texts described below.

A home value form can use the address to prepare an automated estimated value range. That range is not an appraisal, a list price, or a sale price. If you checked the box, the range can be included in a text.

Who handles it

Twilio carries the text messages. The form and text opt-outs are stored in the website's database, hosted by Upstash. A copy of the form can be added to Chris's own Notion pipeline. Resend can email Chris a copy of the form. Those services handle the information so this website can store it, deliver the texts you agreed to, and show the inquiry to Chris.

If reply drafting is turned on, the words in the text conversation can be sent to Anthropic to draft a reply. That drafting is off unless it is turned on.

If a notification address is turned on, the same form, including the phone number and whether the box was checked, is also sent to that address so Chris can receive it. That delivery is for his own follow-up.

Chris does not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. He does not sell them. The services named above handle that information only so this website can store the form, deliver the texts you agreed to, and show the inquiry to Chris.

This website's login

The public pages do not ask you to make an account. The private leads login keeps a session in that browser. It is not used to follow people around the public pages.
